When is the best time to get a newborn photo session done?

The ideal time for the newborn photoshoot is between 7 to 20 days of age, as they will be comfortable in a curled up position like in womb and will have long sleeping hours which is perfect for their adorable pictures. Newborns will be restless and are hard to “curl up” and pose once they pass the 20 days mark, but don’t worry and feel free to call, we can also do it for older babies as well..

 

Where would the photoshoot take place?

All the photo sessions take place at our comfy setup in Greater Noida. There's also a private feeding/changing room for mothers to feel comfortable.

 

What time should we arrive? How long will the session last?

It is advisable to reach atleast 15 minutes prior to the session. Depending on the type of session chosen, it can range from 1 to 3 hours. It will also depend upon baby, if baby is fussy, we will take break as and when required for the easy transition.

 

How do we need to dress our baby for the session?

Sit back and relax, we will take care of the attire of baby along with props. Parents are only required to bring then baby’s feeding and diaper essentials.

 

What should we wear for the session?

We will arrange a consultation session over call before the shoot to plan the date perfectly.

 

How soon should I book newborn photoshoot?

The recommend time is the later stage of pregnancy, we can book the tentative date, give us a call within 72 hours of delivery to finalize the date. This way we will keep the flexibility of open dates for confirm booking without hassle. Don't worry, if you haven’t booked in advance, the date can be booked on a notice of 1 week, call us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

How do I book my newborn session?

It a very simple process, you can call us on 7042033722 or fill our booking form. Your booking is considered confirmed only when you pay in advance, the remaining balance is due on session date.

 

How do I make the payment for a photoshoot?

You can choose from the below options:
1. Deposit payment directly to our HDFC bank account.
2. You can directly give cash to us.
3. You can pay through UPI (7042033722@hdfcbank)

How can I purchase more pictures in addition to the package?

Additional Pictures can be purchased as an add-on to the package at a cost of:

• INR 1500 for 3 raw images

• INR 1400 for 2 exclusively edited HD images

These additional purchases can be done on top of images selected under package.

What if  I am unable to make it to the session appointment?

The session can be rescheduled at least 5 days in advance. However, medical emergencies can be considered for a short notice reschedule. But if you don’t show up for your appointment or want to reschedule without prior 5 days notice, booking shall be considered cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Will I be able to choose the pictures of my liking and how long it will take?

Yes, you will be receiving the raw images after 1 week of the photoshoot. You can select the favorite ones to be retouched and they will be delivered in 15 days time frame. We can discuss the same on the session date. All the images will be with our watermark.

Do you offer any printed products?

No, we do not provide any printed hard copies/wall art, etc. We only provide edited digital images and raw files.
